Do I need an appointment to visit?

No you are very welcome to pop in at any time during our opening hours. However, you can make a personal shopper appointment if you would like to ensure that a member of staff is available to help you to select outfits to try on.

Do you offer an alterations service?

Yes we have an in house seamstress who can alter your outfit to ensure that it is a perfect requirement. This can be necessary as we all vary in height, size and shape.

Do you have to order items in?

All of our outfits and accessories are available to take away the day that you purchase them. On occasions we can order an alternative hat or fascinator for you.

What sizes do your dresses come in?

Our outfits generally range from sizes 8-24 with a smaller selection available in sizes 26/28/30.

Can you hold an outfit or accessory for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to hold an outfit or accessory for you. We have a wide range to choose from and are confident that you will find something that you love. Please be aware that many people return for an outfit to find that it has been sold.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes we offer a layaway option where a deposit can be paid and the balance paid over a short period of time.

Do you hire outfits or hats?

No we do not offer a hire service. Some outfits may require alterations to ensure a perfect fit.

Is there parking nearby?

There are plenty of car parks in Ashby de la Zouch. Parking in council carparks is £1.20 for three hours. Car parks located on North Street and South Street are both just two minutes’ walk from Bella Rose Boutique.

What is your returns policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless goods do not comply with the sale of goods act. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items are quality checked before leaving the boutique.
